VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JUDGESHIP IN THE U.S. BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit invites applications from qualified candidates for a 14-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York, with a duty station in Manhattan, New York. The selection process will be confidential and competitive. Applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability. The current annual salary of a United States Bankruptcy Judge is $227,608. Completed application packages must be in the format required by the Second Circuit and received no later than February 28, 2025. |
