NOTE: Electronic filing is available to CM/ECF Filers and Limited Users 24 hours a day, seven days a week, unless otherwise noted on the Court's website for maintenance and upgrades.

Please note the following changes to Clerk’s Office operations during a Court Recess day:

• Public counters are closed to in-person service.
• Clerk’s Office phone lines are staffed during regular business hours (9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.).
• Filing drop boxes for conventional (paper) filings are accessible from 9:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. in each courthouse.
