The Registration Forms listed below are to be used when requesting a password to allow you to file electronically in our Case Management System. If you are not familiar with electronic filing, it is strongly encouraged that you either review the online tutorials or attend in-house training. If however, you are familiar with Electronic Case Filing (ECF), and have received a password from another court, you do not need to attend further training.
Everyone must complete one of the following registration forms listed below.
If you are new to Electronic Case Filing (ECF), you must also include the exam attached to the registration form as part of your registration process and review.
If you are familiar with Electronic Case Filing (ECF), and you have received a password from another court allowing you to file in that court, you do not need to complete the exam which is attached to the registration form as part of your registration process and review.
NOTE: We will accept scanned copies, but a "wet" signature is required on these forms. "/S/" signatures will not be accepted on these forms.
