Local Bankr. R. 2002-2 Omnibus Hearing Calendar.

Upon motion or sua sponte order, for cause shown in cases under Chapter 7, 9, 11,12, and 13 the Court may establish an omnibus hearing calendar with pre-set dates established for any and all matters related to that case in the interests of efficient and cost-effective case management.

Upon motion or sua sponte order by the Court, for cause shown in any pending case, the Court may establish an omnibus hearing calendar with pre-set dates established for any and all matters related to that case in the interests of efficient and cost-effective case management.
