NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

 The United States Bankruptcy Court CLERK’S OFFICE in the Bridgeport Division is currently under construction.  

Effective Tuesday, February 13, 2018 and until further notice, the public counter has been relocated to Conference Room 1 on the first floor.  While the public counter will be open to accept filings and answer questions, there will not be a public computer terminal. 

Should you need to use a public terminal in the Bankruptcy Clerk’s office, please visit one of the divisional offices in either New Haven or Hartford.
