Local Bankr. R. 3014-1  Time for Secured Creditor to Exercise Election under Bankruptcy Code Section 1111(b) in Subchapter V Case

Unless the Court rules that Section 1125 applies, an election of the application of Section 1111(b) of the Code by a class of secured creditors in a Chapter 11 subchapter V case may be made at any time on or before seven (7) days after the filing of the Debtor’s Initial Plan of Reorganization, or such later time as the Court may establish.
