The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut has issued a Public Notice regarding the Public Comment Period for proposed revisions to the Local Rules. A 30-day public comment period for consideration of the proposed revisions to the Local Rules will commence on January 08, 2026, and end on  February 09, 2026.

Comments must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, February 9, 2026.
