General Order 2021-04 regarding Court Operations Under the Exigent Circumstances Created by COVID-19

Effective January 3, 2022, all scheduled hearings, conferences, trials, or, evidentiary hearings will be conducted in-person, in the courtroom. Unless otherwise instructed by the Court, facemasks are required at all times. Additional safeguards may be imposed during such proceedings, including but not limited to requiring persons attending court proceedings to show proof of full vaccination and restricting attendance to a number of persons small enough to ensure full distancing.
