Clerk's Announcement 2020-08 reviews the Court's new procedure for a Pro Se Filer/Litigant to consent to receive service of all Judgments, Orders, and Notices entered by the Court and service of all documents filed on the docket of a bankruptcy case or adversary proceeding via e-mail instead of by U.S. Mail.  In addition, the announcement reviews the revisions to Appendix A of the Local Rules for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.
