Effective immediately, a new local form “Change of Mailing Address for Debtor, Creditor, or Other Party in Interest” is available to inform the Court of a change to the mailing address of a Debtor, Creditor, or Other Party in Interest.  The new Connecticut Local Form is a fillable form available for use on the Court’s website at www.ctb.uscourts.gov/local-forms.
