Local Bankr. R. 2016-1 Compensation of Professionals.

Applications for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses shall, at a minimum:

(a) Include a Fee Application Cover Sheet.

(b) Comply with the Court’s Guidelines for Allowance of Compensation and Expense Reimbursement of Professionals (Appendix D); and

(c) Comply with any other applicable guidelines and Court orders.

EFFECTIVE MARCH 16, 2026

1. Applications for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses shall, at a minimum:
   1. Include a Fee Application Cover Sheet;
   2. Comply with the Court’s Guidelines for Allowance of Compensation and Expense Reimbursement of Professionals (Appendix D);
   3. Follow the Contested Matter Procedure pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 9014-1 and provide a response date of at least twenty-one (21) days for any objection or response to the application; and
   4. Comply with any other applicable guidelines and Court orders
2. Applications for compensation for a Chapter 7 Trustee’s statutory compensation pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 326(a) and any applications for professionals retained by the Chapter 7 Trustee which are filed with a Chapter 7 Trustee’s Proposed Final Report and Proposed Distribution do not follow the Contested Matter Procedure.
