Electronically File Certificates of Debtor Education (eFinCert)

This service allows approved personal financial management course providers to electronically file the Certificate of Debtor Education pursuant to Rule 1007(b)(7) without requiring course providers to register as a limited filer in the court’s CM/ECF case management system.

Electronically File Proofs of Claim (ePOC)

This service allows creditors to file, amend, or supplement proofs of claim electronically through the court's website without a CM/ECF login/password. This service (ePOC) provides an alternative to filing the Proof of Claim (Official Form B410) in paper at the Clerk's Office or by mail.
