NOTE: The U.S. Bankruptcy Court - District of Connecticut no longer allows the automatic opening of cases utilizing the Case Upload option present in various software packages. Check below for your version to see if your software is affected. In addition, if an event requires payment of a filing fee, CM/ECF is configured to require payment of any such fee during the event. Ensure that your software is configured to properly process payment.
