Instructions:

  The file folder, grant_gary, opens but none of your case files are in the folder.

Because you are accessing your file folders from the Internet, Windows defaults to displaying only HTML files. Note the Files of type field showing HTML Files.

To see all the files in this folder, you would click on the  Files of type down arrow.
