Clerk's Announcement 2020-04 Regarding Access to the Courts during COVID-19

Wednesday, July 8, 2020

Pursuant to the Court’s General Orders Regarding Court Operations Under the Exigent Circumstances Created by COVID-19 (see the orders listed at General Orders and Guidance Regarding COVID-19), most non-evidentiary hearings and conferences before the Court have been held telephonically since March 12, 2020, utilizing court approved telephonic hearing vendors.  On June 29, 2020, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut added the ZoomGov platform for remote appearances at trials, hearings, and conferences. Anyone interested in observing trials, hearings, or conferences before the Court, may do so remotely using the same ZoomGov connection information which will appear on the Court’s online daily Public Calendar.

See the Clerk's Announcement 2020-04 for further information.
