The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit invites applications from qualified candidates for a 14-year appointment as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York and the Western District of New York.

• There are two vacancies in the Eastern District of New York: one in Brooklyn and one in Central Islip.
• There is one vacancy in the Western District of New York in Rochester. 

Application deadlines for all three vacancies is August 7, 2025.
