Local Bankr. R. 9013-3       Proposed Order to be Filed with any Document or Pleading Requesting Relief.

EFFECTIVE MARCH 16, 2026

  1. All motions, pleadings, applications, or other written requests for relief shall be accompanied by a proposed order.  See Appendix A, Section 6b.
  1. Failure to file a proposed order may result in denial of the relief sought.
