Local Bankr. R. 8009-1 Record on Appeal

EFFECTIVE MARCH 16, 2026

An appellant must include the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) number for each document listed and intended to be included in the record on appeal.  Failure to provide the ECF number may result in the document being excluded from the record on appeal.
