5003(e) Registery of Federal and State Governmental Units

Rule 5003 Registry

Section 505(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 5003(e) require the Clerk of Court to maintain a register of mailing addresses of federal and state governmental units and certain other taxing authorities. To register an address, a letter on agency letterhead should be mailed to the Clerk of Court, 915 Lafayette Blvd., Bridgeport, CT  06604.
