How To Obtain An ECF Login and Password

After reviewing the online tutorials or attending in house training, you must complete one of the following:

Filer Registration Form
User Registration Form
Pro Hac Registration Form

Once the Registration Form and Exam have been completed, please send as one package to:

She will contact you with an ECF password or to resubmit the certification exam due to a low score.
