If debtor is not employed, please file a statement to
that effect. (Individual Debtors Only)
Certificate
of Credit Counseling Or Motion to Determine Exigent
Circumstances or Motion for Exemption
In
addition to mandatory pre-filing credit counseling,
consumer debtors must also receive financial
management training and obtain
a certificate of financial management from a
U.S. Trustee approved financial management provider
before they can be granted a discharge of their
debts.
